In all publications, PROCAD strives to respect the copyrights of the artwork, sound documents, video sequences and texts used, to use all artwork, sound documents video sequences and texts compiled itself or to make use of licence-free artwork, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All brands and trademarks named and possibly protected by third-party rights are unrestrictedly subject to the provisions of the respective valid trademark protection rights and rights of possession of the respective registered owner. Mere naming does not give rise to concluding that marks are not protected by third-party rights!
The copyright for objects published and drawn up by PROCAD remains solely with PROCAD. Any reproduction or use of such artwork, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or print publications shall not be permitted without the explicit written consent of PROCAD.
