Projects, Users and Roles
PRO.FILE allows you to
link all documents associated with particular tasks or customers.
This enables you to logically structure and organize groups of related documents.
For instance, e-mails, drawings, and component assemblies.
Once you have defined your cluster, for instance, "Customer".
You can then create sub-folders for individual projects.
For example, containing all relevant documents. Users then simply drill down to any level of detail.
Whatever your task may be: the development of a new pump, the assembly of a machine, or the organization of a sales show for a new product line. PRO.FILE enables you to manage all information in a user-friendly
and structured way.
PRO.FILE also enables you to define key attributes for each group of documents,
which makes them quicker
and easier to find at a later date.
